My Notary Public commission is valid in the state of New Hampshire through April 15, 2014. I am privileged to be able to serve the public in this capacity.
As a Notary Public, I am responsible for confirming the identity of my clients, and witnessing their signatures on the documents upon which I place my seal and signature. As appropriate, I take an oath or affirmation from the clients as well.
I primarily exercise my services in conjunction with witnessing mortgage loan documents. As the home loan market has become largely virtual, few mortgage loan borrowers sign papers in a bank any longer. For the most part I meet with my clients in their homes. I receive my appointment requests from the Title Companies that perform title search, document preparation and loan funding services on behalf of the lenders involved.
I have been certified by the National Notary Association as a Certified Loan Siging Agent. My primary duties are to deliver the loan documents to borrowers, guide them through the signing process, direct them to answers to any questions they have, and witness and notarize the documents. I act as a coordinator, courier, witness and signature police. And I make it my mission to facilitate clear understanding and a high level of comfort for my borrowers.
